Kings Heath Demolition are pleased to have worked with a valued developer client on this project in Birmingham’s Gun Quarter. The site is being developed to create 85 new residential apartments.
The project consisted of full demolition works of a derelict factory complex formerly used as an electroplating facility. Within the project was a Grade II listed building which was retained. Our team carefully separated the adjacent factory structures from the listed structure.
Works on site were completed with program and budget.
