Project objective:
Kings Heath Demolition have successfully completed a 2-phase contract for the demolition and site remediation at the above site.
Method:
The works involved the complete demolition of the existing buildings on site including the removal of Notifiable and Non -Notifiable Asbestos materials. All site won material was crushed to a 6f2 standard and re-used in the new development.
The contract was a challenge logistically as the Builders merchants remained open throughout the two phases and a great deal of planning went into achieving this safely.
Solution:
The contract was completed on time and in budget.
