Walsall Medical Centre

 

Kings Heath Demolition were contracted by a Tier 1 contractor to deliver an extensive site clearance within Walsall town centre to enable the construction of a new medical centre.  

 

The works included asbestos removal, soft strip, demolition of all structures, removal of substructures and on-site crushing of the brick and concrete. Due to the city-centre location, the works required careful planning and execution. The site was bound by other buildings, roads and a watercourse.  

 

The contracted works were delivered within program and budget for a delighted client.
