Fountain Court - Birmingham

We completed a full internal strip-out of the building, removing all internal block and brick walls across the floors to return the structure to a clean shell. Our scope also included the complete removal of all mechanical and electrical services running throughout the building and down into the basement areas.

A major aspect of the works involved dismantling and removing four lifts. All strip-out materials—walls, M&E, and lift components—were systematically dropped down the lift shafts to the basement level, where they were efficiently loaded out using a Bobcat. This method allowed for controlled material movement and maintained safe, clear working areas throughout the project.

All waste was managed responsibly and removed from site efficiently. The building was handed over fully stripped and ready for the next phase of redevelopment.
