Our team completed the full demolition of a series of industrial units in London, including the safe removal of asbestos-containing roof materials in accordance with all current regulations. The works involved the complete dismantling of the structures, followed by the breaking out and excavation of the concrete slab and underlying foundations.

All arising materials were processed on site. Concrete and hard materials were crushed to certified reusable aggregate, allowing them to be retained on site for future development and reducing the need for off-site disposal. The project was delivered efficiently, safely, and with a strong focus on environmental responsibility, leaving the site fully cleared and prepared for the next phase of construction.
