Plot B Windrush Industrial Park - Witney

This project marked our third completed scheme within the Witney industrial park, continuing our phased demolition works across the site.

The scope involved the full demolition of multiple industrial units alongside associated office buildings. Works commenced with the safe removal of all identified licensed asbestos-containing materials, carried out in strict accordance with current regulations and best practice procedures.

Due to the presence of asbestos cement sheet roofing, a controlled wet demolition and drop-down methodology was adopted to minimise dust generation and ensure safe handling throughout the process. All structures were systematically demolished to slab level, maintaining close control over environmental and safety considerations.

Following superstructure removal, all concrete slabs and foundations were lifted, processed, and crushed on site to produce reusable material, supporting the project’s sustainability objectives and reducing waste export.

The project was delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme expectations, further strengthening our ongoing presence and proven track record within the Witney industrial park.
