Our team successfully completed a full demolition project, bringing the site down to slab level. This included the safe removal of both licensed and non-licensed asbestos roofing.

During the asbestos removal process, each bay was carefully dismantled while utilizing a dust suppression sprayer to minimize airborne fibres and ensure maximum safety. To further ensure a safe working environment, we arranged for background air testing to be conducted throughout the process, confirming that no asbestos fibres were present in the air.

Following the asbestos removal, the full structure was methodically demolished, with all waste materials—including asbestos-containing debris—safely sealed and transported to a licensed disposal facility. The site was left clear and level, ready for future development.
