Kings Heath Demolition is pleased to announce the successful completion of a full demolition contract for a valued, long-standing client. This project involved the careful and systematic dismantling of various structures while ensuring environmental efficiency and adherence to the agreed timeline.

The scope of works included the removal of 10,000m² of roof coverings, alongside the dismantling of four overhead cranes and their associated rails. Additionally, we carried out the demolition of multiple outbuildings, the removal of extensive concrete hardstandings, and the deconstruction of internal racking systems. As part of the process, the entire building slab was removed to prepare the site for redevelopment.

A key aspect of the project was our commitment to sustainability. All site-won concrete was crushed on-site and reused in the redevelopment, resulting in substantial cost savings while significantly reducing environmental impact. This approach minimized waste disposal and contributed to the project's overall efficiency.

Despite prolonged adverse weather conditions, our team remained dedicated to delivering a high-quality outcome. Through careful planning and execution, we successfully completed the project within the agreed program, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction.
