Wing Yip

We were appointed to demolish a series of industrial units at the Wing Yip site, which featured asbestos cement roofs. Due to the hazardous nature of asbestos, we carefully carried out its safe removal and disposal in full compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

In addition to the demolition of the structures, we undertook the removal of all slabs and foundations, ensuring the site was left fully prepared for future development. All concrete from the lifted slabs and foundations was crushed on-site, allowing for efficient recycling and reducing the environmental impact of the project.

During the works, we unexpectedly uncovered old underground storage tanks. These were professionally pumped out and safely removed, preventing any potential contamination or environmental hazards.

Throughout the project, we remained flexible and efficient, successfully managing unforeseen challenges while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and project execution.
