Former Engineering works, Solihull

 

Kings Heath Demolition were contracted by Johnsons Cars to facilitate with the development of their new storage and PDI facility in Solihull. Located in a busy industrial area, the works included extensive asbestos removal, demolition of the large warehouse down to slab level and general clearance of the site area. 

 

The works also included the careful separation of the structure from a live sub-station. Works were completed on schedule for the client to develop their new facility.
