Wolseley Distribution Warehouse Leamington

Kings Heath Demolition Ltd have successfully completed a large complex contract at the Former Wolseley Distribution hub at Spa Park, Leamington for our valued client. 

 

The contract involved the dismantling of a large link bridge serving the two warehouses, a full internal strip of the internal offices and the dismantling of 6,000m2 of internal mezzanine floors, racking and equipment. 

 

As part of the contract we also removed some external buildings, staircases and completely removed a number of external canopies and gable wall cladding. 

 

The works were completed ahead of our alloted program and to the clients budget.
